1- Shuffle your deck
2- Pick a card you feel drawn to OR pick a card based on 1 of the 7 chakras (the colors on each card represent a chakra) you want to focus on
3- Read the affirmation
-Use as part of your morning ritual to start your day on a high vibration
-Place them in your sacred space at home, where you work or spend most of your time to ground yourself throughout the day
-Create a quiet moment wherever you are, close you eyes and repeat within as the words become a meditation
-Carry them with you and pull a card to share with those dear to you and/or someone who you may feel compelled to give a message to
-Pin to your mirrors, your windows and anywhere else you'd like a visual reminder of the healing you've claimed for yourself

Earth chakras (five lower, from the root to the throat)
- root chakra/red (base of spine) AKA Muladhara: grounding, safety, security, survival instincts
- sacral chakra/orange (four fingers below your belly button) AKA Svadhishthana: passion, creativity, intimacy, sexuality, emotional well being
- solar plexus chakra/yellow (upper belly couple of fingers above the navel) AKA Manipura: power center, autonomy, motivation, purpose
- heart chakra/green (center of the spine near heart level) AKA Anahata: love of self/others, empathy, trust, connection, transformation
- throat chakra/blue turquoise (center of the neck at throat level) AKA Vishuddha: psychic center, communication with/without words, self expression, inner truth
Sky chakras (two upper, third eye to crown)
- third eye/indigo (between brows) AKA Ajna: intuition, self reflection, clarity, deeper truths, discernment
- crown chakra/violet or white (top of the head) AKA Sahasrara: universal consciousness, joy, deep peace, affinity to bliss/beauty, transcendence
Note: Each chakra has its own negative expression when imbalanced or blocked.
